FACO Metalltechnik GmbH + Co. KG with the business unit SCS-FACO Serverroom Security (“FACO”) stands for reliability, fairness, and technical quality. Our business success is built on trust – among our employees, customers, suppliers, and other business partners.

This Code of Conduct defines the fundamental principles that guide our actions and that we expect our suppliers and business partners to follow as well. It forms the basis for responsible, sustainable, and long-term cooperation.

This Code of Conduct applies to:

  • all employees, managers, and corporate bodies of FACO
  • all suppliers, service providers, and other business partners of FACO

It supplements applicable laws and internal policies and does not replace them.

Our Core Values

Our behaviour is guided in particular by the following values:

  • Integrity – we act honestly, transparently, and reliably.
  • Respect – we respect the dignity of every individual and promote fair interaction.
  • Responsibility – we take responsibility for our decisions, products, and their impact.
  • Sustainability – we care for the environment, resources, and future generations.
  • Quality & Safety – we rely on high technical standards, especially in server room and IT security.

These values are to be reflected in daily actions – internally and externally.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

  • FACO and all business partners comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements in all countries in which they operate.
  • Unlawful behaviour will not be tolerated – even if it may offer short-term economic advantages.
  • Where local practices conflict with this Code or with minimum legal standards, the stricter requirements always apply.
